Adding on services and cashing in

Over the years I have learned one thing… we need to keep finding something to offer our customers!

I know we keep pounding our main service down their throat, but we can only sell so much of that to them…. but we can sell them ona different service.

Whether you offer window cleaning, carpet cleaning, house cleaning or pressure washing- you must always be looking for more to offer. Otherwise you will always need to be chasing down new customers… and they are getting harder and harder to get.

A lot of you cross sell services, for instance carpet cleaners may sell tile and grout cleaning. Window cleaners may sell gutter cleaning and house cleaners can sell any of the above…

You are only bound by your imagination.

You do not even need to buy anything or learn how to do a new service. Joint venture with an expert you can trust and ask them for a piece of the sale. This happens ALL the time in big business (McDonalds and Coke as an example).

I teamed up with a house cleaning franchise many years ago and we were making very good money. I'd do it again in a heartbeat, you should too.

MANY services complement your own and majority of them are in search of the exact customers you are- people who pay to have things done.

It's vital you keep your relationship with your customers fresh and involved. Keep contacting them about the same thing and they will tire of you. Offer them something else they could use and you are a hero!

Have a good one
